Software and IT Infrastructure Sector

We have advised Schneider Electric on its sale of the VinZero group, a software and IT infrastructure solution provider to Arkance SAS in France, which is a subsidiary to Monnoyeur. Schneider Electric´s sold business was set up in several companies some with large minority shareholders in Australia, India, Singapore, the UK and the US. As lead transaction counsel we have worked with several premier law firms in the involved jurisdictions to deliver and succeed with this cross-continental transaction setup.

We have advised CRH on their divestment of European lime operations to SigmaRoc in the UK. CRH sold its business comprised of sixteen operating locations across Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. We acted as lead transaction counsel and coordinated local counsel in several jurisdictions.

Automotive Sector

We have advised the Taiwanese AUO Corporation on its acquisition of Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH from MAHLE and HELLA. The business included operative sites across several jurisdictions, including Mexico, Bulgaria, India and China. As co-lead transaction counsel together with a premier US-firm, we coordinated and steered the transaction working with six additional local law firms across jurisdictions.

Energy and Renewables Industry

We have been advising Oersted on several offshore wind farm projects. This included advising them on a 50/50 joint venture with the Polish state-owned electricity provider PGE to realise Baltica 2 and Baltica 3, two offshore wind farm projects in the Polish Baltic Sea with a generation capacity of approximately 1.5 GW each. The offshore wind farm projects Baltica 2 and Baltica 3 are crucial to strengthen Polands energy independence while contributing to Poland´s energy mix and achieving the country´s decarbonization and energy transition goals. As lead transaction counsel together with a Polish law firm we have successfully closed the polish energy market changing transaction.

Global Defense for International Mass Claims Case

Infrastructure Sector

We have comprehensively advised an international auditing firm in connection with the collapse of a tailings dam. This included defence against actions brought by approximately 1.600 claimants before the Regional Court of Munich. Acting as the central point of contact and coordinator between law firms in different jurisdictions, we handled this case discreetly.

Global defense in Regulatory Proceedings

Technology and Regulatory Litigation

We have advised various online platforms in proceedings regarding questions on regulations applying due to the Digital Service Act and Digital Markets Act before the European courts including the General Court and the European Court of Justice. We have been key point of contact and coordinator between over a dozen law firms.
